Free delivery in Ireland on all orders over €100. Delivery is €10 if items in cart are under €100 in total. Please select the free delivery option where available at checkout.
€25.00 per delivery on all EU orders outside of Ireland & UK.
At Hotwater.ie we will ship all items on the same day of purchase on orders placed and paid for before 1 pm GMT. Items are transported next day by our carrier.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Hotwater.ie offer a 14-day refund on unused items and twelve month repair or replace warranty on products. Warranty does not cover misuse of the products and this will affect your guarantee. This void if you misuse, alteration, faulty installation, third party supply or re-selling or mishandling of the product.
Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging and in good condition. You must take care to ensure that the Goods being returned are properly packaged including all contents and sent back to Hotwater.ie Products in a padded protective envelope so that they will not be damaged while in transit.
You must return the product in perfect condition. If the product is found by us to be used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.
Returned items are subject to a restocking administration fee minus your original shipping & handling charges. Refunds are returned by original payment method only.
This warranty does not cover failure of product or components due to any natural cause such as lightning, floods etc or any other such disastrous events.
You must request a return form from Hotwater.ie and must include your original purchase receipt which was emailed to you at time of purchase as long as an email was provided.
Items for refund and return must be delivered to the address stated on the return form only.
